3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If the return is due to our error, we will also refund the original shipping costs.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

All sales are final on sale items or discounted items, and these items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless otherwise stated.
